My favorite Movie

It's hard to choose my favorite movie, because I'm a fan of the Harry Potter saga and the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but if I have to choose one movie, is Forrest Gump. This movie is amazing, I have seen it about 7 times!

Forrest Gump" is a very well made film in all ambit, direction, filming, visual effects (incredible for the time), script, characters, but personally I like it for the story it tells, because mixes important acts in history with comedy, drama and charisma of it's main character Forrest Gump. This movie can make you die of laughter at one moment and in the other scene you will cry. The movie had a scenes that I never forget.

Another thing I like about the movie, without a doubt, is the performance of Tom Hanks (an idol), which led him to win an Oscar in 1994, really, I can't imagine another actor who could have played this role so well. . Without a doubt, I think that much of the success of the film is by Tom Hank.

I don't really have a favorite type of movie genre, but I do like thrillers, drama, and horror movies.

I'm not a person who watches many movies, because i'm lazy to spend 2 hours watching a movie. but the most recent movie I saw was "El Camino: A Breaking Bad movie". This movie is highly recommended for a Breaking Bad fan, because it has scenes that only someone who has seen the series can understand and get excited about the characters.

My Favourite Piece of Technology

Choose my favourite piece of technology is very easy, because  it could be a whole day, week, without Tv, Computer, Play station, but I  could not be without my cellphone.

I used the cellphone all day, I'm a addict!!! I have my current phone 1 years ago, approximately, but before I had 2 cellphone.

The cellphone it serves me for everything, I use it for to study, play videogames, watch Netflix and Youtube,read the news and inform me, check Instagram, see memes and funny videos, listen to music and to talk with my friends.
I think that the cellphone is very important to my live and everyone's, because it gives us a million of  tools and opportunities that people did not have, for example, allows people to communicate easily a distance, thing that was imposible before.
I like the cellphone that is very easy and comfortable to carry with me compared with the others pieces of technology. I also like, take photos with the cellphone.

As I said before, I'm a addicted to cellphone, so that I can not imagine my life without it. I think that I would search for a new piece of technology to replace the cellphone, probably a tablet jajaja

Why did I choose Chemistry and Pharmacy?

When I was a child, I don't had a dream job, my only dream was the same as a lot of children, be a soccer player and play for a big club, unfortunately, I couldn't make it.

In the high school, I realised that I really like chemistry and biology, and that I wanted to study something related with this field. The classes in the laboratory of my school, helped me understand that I wanted to work in a laboratory. During this time of my life, I investigated about many careers of this field, I was interested  in kinesiology, but, like a teacher, i can't deal with injuries of the people. For this reason, I discard the field of health where I have to deal with injuries and blood jajaja

After finishing high school, at the moment of applying to university, my other options were: Nutrition and chemical civil engineering, but my favorite always was a Chemistry and Pharmacy, because it combines everything I like, the Chemistry, the biology, help people and laboratory.

In the university, I have had a great experience, I made a many friend, I like the classes and the faculty is very nice, but my favorite thing of the university is a laboratory and the laboratory classes of chemistry, definitely, Chemistry and Pharmacy is what I want to study.

Really, I don't know yet the kind of job what I would like, I like helping people, so I would like to work in a farmacy,but I don't know the kind of farmacy where I work in.

My biography

Hi everybody!! :)

My name is Diego Manquez, i was born in Puente Alto, Santiago in the year 2000 and i lived all my life in this city.

I studied an a small school in Puente Alto called "Obispo Alvear", where i learned about myself, my capacities and strengths, and help me choose the career that i wanted study. I very happy with the teachings that school give me.

In the year 2019, I entered to study Chemistry and Pharmacy in the University of Chile, where i made many friends, who  have helped me in the studies and to have a good stay at the university.

About my family, I have 2 brothers, one of them is called Rafael, he is twenty nine year old, and the  other brother is called Claudio, he is twenty four year old, they are engineers. My mom is fifty four year old and is very good mother with me. My father  died when i was nine year old and i remember him with a lot love. I have a white cat that is very old, she is fifteen year old and her name is Amy.

In my free time I like play videogames, watch series( I have seen more than thirty series) , my favorite are "How i meet your Mother" and "Breaking Bad", listen to music like Arctic Monkeys, The Strokes, Red Hot Chili Peppers,etc, although I very varied tastes of music. My bigggest hobby is playing soccer, I can stay a whole day watching games of soccer or on a field playing soccer with my friends. Also, I like to go to the stadium, I am a fan of  "Universidad de Chile" since I was born.

My dream is travel to the world, I would like to visit Italy, Brazil, England, France and United States mainly.
